"I updated from Win98SE to Win-XP Pro and my Pinnacle Moviebox would no longer work. When I tried to reinstall the original drivers, Wizard always returns the "Failure To Install" message, Data Invalid." iverguide and I tried to install the driver but the Hardware Install Wizard still comes up with the infurating "Data Invalid" error. So then I tried the suggested fixes to the registry in the Microsoft & the Pinnacle Knowledge Bases and the results were always the same refusal to install by the Hardware Install Wizard!"
