"Yup, I had to be the first one to leave a comment about something.

Only use this driver if your using the USB feature on the Toshiba PCX2500 modem.

Extract the files to a folder 'c:\pcx2500', allow the windows hardware wizard to search for the driver files in that directory. Windows should quickly find the files and install them for you. Once complete your all don
