"I am not sure if it was the fact that I was using it on windows 7 or if it was a 3com 3c980-txm ethernet card I was trying to load the driver on. I am sure the driver is useful for some cards that 3com made. The only way I could check to see if It was if I had an XP box I could install the card in and what not. Thanks for the upload. There is another driver just called

3COM listed in the data base that did work on the 3c980-txm. I loaded it and it has started passing traffic. thank so m"
