"I installed this when Windows XP installation asked to press F6. Setup program crashed. I recommend to try 366_2k_125.zip instead of this driver."

"I wanted to update the driver so I could update the OS to xp. However, I the new driver was also not acceptable to xp, and I can not get the drive recognize without the driver. PS the Dg site says it will work with xp, but the xp install program says it won't, and refuses to install."

"Tried following install proceedure on ABIT BE6 Highpoint ATA controller. Got through to F6 and it read it pressed enter to continue upgrade to WindowXP and it just sat there. Its the old blue screen if not and 7b code."

"Its Crazy, after a crash of my WinXP, i re-install it and with this driver version and my system doesn't want to continu installation after F6 and S key to select this driver. So i have to look for the last driver i used before, but what driver was it ??? Why the version of this driver isn't on siteweb of manufacturer (highpoint-tech) ?"

"Works great with me. I am using a BE6-II Rev1.1 Mainboard (HPT366 is Onboard). I have had Zero Problems. If you are having trouble with this driver goto www.highpoint-tech.com & download the Win2000 Driver (Also works with WinXP)."

"When I want to shut down Windows, my hard drive stops working than starts again and stopos, after that system is off. Why? I am afraid 'bout my HDD's condition after few weeks... P If you know how to make it work better please let me know."

"This driver is sooooo crappy! It doesn't work with Windows XP. It just makes the system hang on bootup. I can't see why it has to be so difficult to make a driver that actully works?"

"These are the same drivers as the other beta 1.30 posted and they work fine on my BE6 with 2 drives on the same cable."
