"I install it without problem. Recognize RAM over 64MB but when I try to setup the video configuration, video only works with 16 colours. I reinstall the old BIOS and the video can work up to 24 bits colours but with RAM up to 64MB.

If someone has working arround this problem, please do a comment.

Thanks for help."

"I successfully installed this with awdflsh.exe and was able to access the full 128 MB SDRAM memory on a DIMM memory module PC133U-333-542. Previously only 32 MB was visible per memory socket, limiting total SDRAM memory to 64 MB. Combining the 128 MB module with a 32MB module on the second SDRAM socket works now with 160MB. Overall PCperformance improved for Pentium MMX 2

"Works fine. Cyrix MII 333 now identified correctly. One problem is that PC133 DIMMs worked with old BIOS but not with this on. Beware! !!! To gerking. I had initial problems with my H.T.M11987 EEPROM not working after upgrading to wrong BIOS version. EEPROM would not reprogram as it could not be identified by Flash utility (AWDFL779 used). Had to use EEPROM from another ol

"Like others, I upgraded to PC133 128MB Kingston ValueRAM from 32MB (2 banks of 8MB sticks) SIMM RAM, but I could not get anymore than 32MB to be recognized. My MOBO is an Amptron PM-8600B. I used the 5370430s.bin BIOS provided here and the awdflash.exe utility from www.zarniwoop.force9.co.uk/page9.htm and it worked fine. Now I get all 128MB. Thanks everybody!"

"Before, my computer could only handle 64 Mb DIMM-memory, but after this BIOS-upgrade, It takes 256 Mb without problems. It has also a better power management... I really recommend this! It's alot cheaper than buying another main board... =) And here's one question I've got a Pentium 200-MMX installed on Socket 7, but would need a faster processor. Can I Install any proces

"Comment for R. V Iyer Sorry if grannies and eggs apply. You need the awdflash.exe as well. Put the awdflash.exe and the .bin files on a (seperate) floppy Boot to a command prompt using a startup floppy, stick the award floppy in and at the command prompt type awdflash that should do it!"

"Before upgrade Dimm1(32MB) + Dimm2(32 MB) => 40 MB. This was. After upgrade, bios found 90MB ?!?! What happens at 64 ? During flash, the program bar left one sector blue (not upgraded -as legend says) without error message. All seems ok. There's somethings wrong in PC100 sdram ?"

"I battled with this MB as I could not find a manufacturer mentioned. I had upgraded the bios from UNicore using their "update wizard". Even though they charged me $60, the BIOSwas the wrong one and me comp was screwed - could not get either the PCI Lan or PCI modem to work. Had problems with mouse, screen, and CDROM drive. Was about to scrap this machine. Then a friend

"MOBO BIOS: 08/14/97 VXPro+-USB-Ultr-2a5ldh09c-00 (no manufacturer information). Memory installed: 128MB DIMM and 48MB SIMM. I installed using: awdflash (v5.2, v6.0a), awd822a, awd77, and was fine but unstable. First time show 205MB, then reboot and show 170Mb, at last reboot and show 32MB. If somebody knows if is possible to update this BIOS let me know. Thanks."
