"Looking for a driver for a Philips Keychain Digital Camera, apparently the driver that I ended up with is for a Web Cam. Bottom line is the system can't install it because it can't find the mr97310c.sys, which I can't find, either.

I will have to keep looking for this driver, sigh."

"It would have worked perfectly if all the driver files were included with the install.

It however, seemed to be missing one file, rendering the entire driver useless."

"After install of driver and opening program received message that driver failed to open. I uninstalled reinstalled trying to use new hardware program. Got message that mr97310 sys file was needed."

"This driver does the same thing as all the others. It sucks. It keeps opening with "Driver Open Failed" I really hoped your driver would work, but I guess Phillips doesn't care to back up or support their own products. I will never buy another Phillips product."

"my webcam wont work i tried downloaing it & deleting the program maybe 7 times. its so bad i wouldnt tell anybody else about it. this file needs to be DLETED ASAP!

"I tried installing it manually after I went throught the setup by going into the control panel. It requested a file called mr97310c.sys which is not included in the packet. It would not access my camera."

"This driver is missing a critical file ! When attempting to open the program from the desktop shortcut it states "driver open fail". If you go to the file & click on "MyCam" you'll get this message : "This applcation has failed to start because mr310ifc.dll was not found." I have tried uninstalling & re-installing it many times to no a
