Unzip the file and follow the instructions in the Readme.txt.
It will also work installed from the controlpanel under Modem, just select that you will choose the modem from the list, choose Microcom Inc. and click "Have disk/cd", in the windows prompted browse to find the .inf file and click on it, and follow the instructions given by Windows.
