"This is a sys file, not the complete drivers needed for the device

STT2000A in any form, the OEM .inf file is required for windows to use ANY sys file."

"Dowloaded this file as well as qic157.sys to make up driver file to get STT0000A working with later version of Backup Exec. This drive was designed to work with Symantec Backup Exec 8.x, and wanted to get it working with v10.x. Have since discovered that problem was because WinXP already has driver for this drive that doesn't work properly - confirmed in a MS bulletin, c

an't remember which one, however, if you select to use the built in driver for Backup Exec 10 (no exceptions), this drive will work fine."
