"device driver did not solve the problem of the modem "loosing" the dial tone after it initialized. Modem would not dial. It seemed to "loose" the signal from the phone line"

"This driver is a little bit tricky to get once you get it.

If you are not to familliar with zip file you may find it difficult to find in all of these files.

Once you find it, it work pretty good."
