"I installed it on Windows XP SP2 on a Dell Power Edge SC420 and is workink Excellent!!!

Just don't use the installer.

install it from device manager and look for the driver on the WIN folder. everything is there."

"This driver is not digitally signed with MS, but it works fine. Had to install through the device manager and find the driver under the 'win' file. Then it installed fine, except for the MS warning."
