This is the Future Domain PowerSCSI! ver 4.0 Disk that is supplied with the CI-2020, 18c30, and all variation's like the TMC-1650 etc. The instruction book says this disk is designed for multiple operating systems, inc, DOS, WINDOWS, NT, and Netware. There is no other information, and as I no longer use this card (can't find Win95 Drivers), I have only used this on DOS, WIN3.1, and WIN3.11.
