"I used to have this modem work perfectly under Windows XP Pro x86.

Now, with a new machine and Windows Vista x64, I have been unable to use the modem due to lack of 64-bit drivers.

Please note that the comment above refers to Windows x64. The driver works perfectly under Windows x86."
