"yeah, the VIZAP12.DLL isn't there. What's up with visioneer's site? it's like it just disappeared. If they really want business, they should really start giving their customers better service!"

"I to am missing the VIZAPI.DLL file. Paperport has offered me no help. They tell me to call a long distance number to get help. They never answered the phone after being on hold for 30mins. Their company is on the bottom of my list for customer tech support. Does anyone know how to get ant info on this??"

"Which site is this VIZAPI2.dll file at? I have spent 3 hours trying. Did Visioneer go out of business or is this the way they do business? Can I buy a cd-rom disk or floppy(ies)?"
