"Good? yes because i downloaded it for my PC and Scaner thinking that it will disturb my PC, bbut on my greatest suprise, it was an excellent one for the PC and the SCaner. i hereby recommend that this driver is an excellent one."

"Well it's a while since I downloaded it; but I don't

seem to have managed to get the SnapScan 1212P;

ie parallel port scanner running on XP.

I have archived "ScanWise_1212P_ver1209.exe" and

"BetadriverforscannerXP.exe" and

am now down loading an USB Win NT driver to move

the AGFA SnapScan 1212P form the XP machine to t

"The Snapscan is intended for Windows 95 of course, but I found after installing that I could make it work with XP by right clicking each file marked "application" in folder, then clicking 2Properties > "compatibility"

and ticking the box marked " Run this program in compatibility mode with Windows 95" Of course, this was done in Windows

"the manual and the registry changes made my agfa snapscan 1212p work under xp together with the installation of your scanwise-driver 1212-P_v1401.EXE. jus a (not mentioned) reboot seems to be necessary.
