"I can't rate the driver as it refused to install on a brand new XP machine with all SP and patches.

Upon extracting the setup gave me an "CBI Splash encountered an error and has to shut down".

No way to do the setup, not even after going back to XP with patches only, no other (esp. resident) software installed.
