"I did not actually install the driver because after downloading it I discovered that Win98SE already has a driver for Trio64V+ chip 86c765.

I could not get Win98 to install the driver via Add New Hardware but managed by reinstalling Windows, at which point it recognized it and found the proper driver, which worked fine.

So I don't know if this driver actually work
