"very bad for the person who posted it. It's only 1kb which is not even an .exe file. This is a mess"

"It wasn't immediately obvious that this was just an ini file.

I'd hoped to be downloading the full driver package.

As such, it's not much use at all."

"It's just an ini file. As far as I know you can't install something with just an ini file. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this file is totally useless."
