Eliminated the reboot of the WGE111 when changing from one SSID to another.

Fixed disassociating and reassociating to an access point when the WGE111 was scanning available wireless network in the area. In previous releases, a computer may get a connection error when trying to connect to WGE111 during network scanning time.

Fixed that the WGE111 connected in the US region to channels 12 and 13, which are invalid.

Fixed the lost of connection with router WG102 if WGE111 was idled for a day. The earlier firmware caused the wireless status to stay at "Scanning" with WG102 and failed to connect.
