"I looked high and low for this driver as someone gave me the camera. It installed easily and seems to be working. Now I just have to figure out how to use the camera.

"the Philips SIC4700/37 webcam I attempted to use had poor video quality therefore i decided to remove the file from my hard drive but it wont let me and I am extremely consumed. Could someone assist me with this matter?"

"At first when I got this it worked like a charm. Then all of a sudden it was acting up. When I moved into a new house I couldnt find the disk because I tihnk 1 it was left at the other house or 2 its in a bunch of stuff thats packed in the basement.
