"Used under WinXP SP2.

Installation note: move to the WIN2000-subdirectory to install the driver. When telling windows to use the EP-427 directory it will moan about a wrong INF-file style.

"I had a problem after upgrading from win98 to xp pro. I pointed the device manager to the win2000 folder and except for the "not certified" message, everything is working well."

"this driver is stable, my o/s is microsoft windows 2k professional. and it ran on an intel pentium 4, 1.8 ghz -> 512mb rdram pc-800. well, if you lose driver for this device, i recommend you to use this driver ^^"

"I have an ep-427 PCMCIA card in my laptop running win2000 but it comes up as a TAMARACK card and this driver does not work for it. Does anyone have any ideas ?"

"I agree. Thanks. The Surecom sites seem to be down (for the last few days) so all the links we've tried haven't managed to give us the driver. Thank goodness there are some sites out there like this. Easy to install driver. Just extract and when finding the driver (with the Add New Hardware function in Windoze) use the appropriate OS folder... Voila!"
