"Driver worked just fine on the Gateway P3-1000 I was fixing for a Church group that of course is short on money. Worked just fine, ran LOTS of updates [XP Pro SP2] and all ran just fine.

Thanks a million, all of the drivers I had found would not even attempt to load under XP!"

"Great Driver!!! Thanks Jason! Only problem is that when you do a windows update, you have to uninstall and reinstall the driver. Looks like Microsoft is in Cahoots with 3COM. Oh, for those who couldn't install - try answering "yes" when it tells you that the driver is not signed by microsoft if you still want to install."

"I also am not having any luck with this driver. It installs but the device properties status box reads 'This device cannot start. (Code 10)' I have the same issue with XP Home & Pro."

"This driver rocks the house. For some reason 3com no longer supports this device and the drives posted all over the net do not work for win2000 or xp but this one does. THANKS A BUNCH this saves me money so i dont have to buy a pcmcia card for my laptop now )"
