"Worked fine on Win98 but wouldn't even try on XP. It was essentially for an XP machine, so from that point of view it was a disappointment, but we have used it quite a lot on W98, simply because we had it."

"Not the paul that posted this file! The add printer wizard on both my win xp disks (home and licensed work pc's version) do NOT have a Epson Stylus 300 ESC/P2 driver in win xp. the listed driver is for an Epson Stylus "3000" ESC/P2 and it does not work with the 300. As far as i can tell there is no driver for stylus COLOUR 300 even tho the epson site states that there is n

"I am one of those unfortunate owners of an Epson Stylus Color 300 trying to find a driver for Windows XP. While I have not yet attempted this "homemade" procedure, at least I now know (thanks to your site) that there is no "official" printer driver for this model using XP. Thanks for saving me even more wasted time serching for something that doesn't exist. If by chance
