"Totally useless. It installs up to the system files update at 97% installed and then just stops. This creates two problems. One because it's faulty its difficult to uninstall and two you can't update to a working version because windows reads it as up to date.

I'm having a really big problem getting this off my computer.

My advice don't even download it - it's usel

"I couldnt even install it !!! It was stacked at 97% of the installation ... right on the system update task. So it was useless to me !!! i have an Audigy Platinum eX (SB00090) on XP"
