"I could not get it to install at all. It would hang up when I tried to install it but my computer is a mess right now so that may be the real problem"

"The only problem with the driver is that I am trying to run it with XP SP2 & NOTHING works with SP2!!! It isn't the driver's fault or your fault or even Canon's fault. I blame Microsoft & their Service Pack 2 that they installed automatically on the updated XP installation."

"I have the multipass C555 printer. The problem is that I upgrade my computer with the XP, but I don't have the disk to insert in the computer. Please send send me the CD so I can print my work. Thanks!"
