"How do I do a "forced install"? I assumed this was just done thru Device Manager, but I can't find ANY permutation of steps that will allow this driver to be installed. Any help greatly appreciated!"

"Force it onto XP by installing it manually, and it will work rock solid. I've got a scanner on the outside, and a SCSI drive inside on the card, and XP plays nice."

"All you have to do is say yes to the "driver is unsigned, are you sure?" question, and it works like a charm (and watch as every device that is attached to the adapter is found and recognized). Raymond, you saved me at least $10 (for a new cheap SCSI controller). If you're ever in Irvine, CA, I'll buy you a beer."
