"I downloaded the Drivers for this NOVAJET 4 from your web page. I got the file ENCAD_DRV_VER5101, and I followed all the instructions to install this drivers, but appear a message that says that the drivers doesn’t work correctly with the WINDOWS XP, and if I continue installing, I can’t print anything Please help me"
