"Worked for me, I have Win98, wasn't working through USB for some reason, worked through serial tho... but this Update self extracted and went to work rght away, the make sure cam is connected message is gone, and downloads pic without a hitch... No Prob for me, will have to see if it will work on USB now."

"I've got the same problems a Mike Earl experienced. Can' get photos, still get the same message and not being able to link to the website. Scanned the file with McAfee and no viruses were found. Any idea how to fix this problem?"

"Still having dificulty with KB Gear's JAMCAM 3.0 Drivers. I downloaded the file from Erin LaVaux, executede it and still cannot "Get Photos." I still get a message to check if the camera is on and plugged into the USB port. My oerating system is Windows 98SE. Any more thoughts on how to fix this.
