"i cant get this to download"

"my color cartridge is empty, my black cartridge is 80% full. With windows 98 I had the 4 choices of enabling black, color, both or photo carteridge so that I could print my documents. I of course checked black carteridge option and I was able to print all black font texts

With this driver, all printing process occure, but when paper come out it is blank!!
