"A piece of cake. After I downloaded to my external hard drive, I then plugged it into the Gateway FlexATXstc BRO Essential 700c (with Windows XP Pro), that needed the modem driver. I then simply clicked on the downloaded driver icon & the driver was automatically & instantly recognized & installed. A no-brainer. Installation for older operating systems Win 98 &

"I have a Gateway computer that came with ME installed. I've finally had enuff of such a poor excuse of an O/S that I formatted it and installed Win98. For some reason I can't get the drivers loaded for the audio, the PCI Bus Management, and the Modem. If anyone's had this problem and fixed it, please let me know!"

"I think it's the driver I need but the driver installation wizard wouldn't accept it ...code 2 error..whatever that is."
