This device only works with it's own program that can be found in the file "Dazzle_DVC_USB_Full.zip" for win 98. For using this device under Win XP you must first download this file, unzip it and install it. Then you can use the file "DVCUSBdrivers.zip" to update the windows driver. Notice t

"The USB driver posted above worked like a charm for me. First thing that I did was install the default software from my cdrom. After that I went to Device Manager and update the driver for the device. All I did was point it to the folder where I downloaded the file and it updated. Hope that this helps others out."

"The drive works and XP now recognizes my Dazzle USB DVC device. Currently I am using Windows Movie Maker 5.1 SP1 and it does not detect a video source. This is not due to the driver so much as the software. I will look inot other software. Thanks Nigel."
