"This file was lacking for Windows XP to see my C6270A scanner (which uses the 6200 drivers). After I downloaded and pointed the scanner's setup wizard to it, the thing began working.

Thanks for making it available."

"I installed the driver with no issues. However, the fact that i am installing the driver hints at other issues that have been found previously. It appears that the HP software itself for this product (scanjet 6200c) isn't that good. It will work only when it wants to the other times it will fail to communicate properly with the device and crash out to such an extent tha

"Worked for me with Windows Server 2003 It's not a DRIVER by itself, so it does NOTHING when you just click on it. Sheesh. (TGhost). It is part of the driver PACKAGE. Genius."

"Never found file. Instead went through hoops to download DriverGuide. Very frustrating. Furthermore, this rating page is irritating. If it needs additional info and requires you to return to include the missing data, it erases all other entered data so the entire rating must be re-entered."
