"This driver worked perfectly for me, using WinXP Pro SP1. Just make sure you force the install by using Have Disk, and ignore the logo testing stuff.

After installing this, I was immediately able to use the voice capabilities of the modem, and it showed up as an audio device.

It works fine and solved my problems :)"

"It is NOT a exe-file IT is a .inf-file, and you have to install it from were XP askes you to insert manufacturers disc. There you choose from were you have downloaded the w2k file. And there the .inf file should bee.. /zippo"
