"Had problems with XP Home. Downloaded the driver and it installed perfectly. Highly recommended for a very unstable OPSYS like XP."

"I have the Windows 98 Operating System. The driver downloaded fine, but it would not install. I kept getting an "Error 0 running command .\ XP_VB.exe" message. I don't know what that means. Will someone please tell me? Thank you."

"I checked the link on the page, xerox.com has the very same driver. The first on DELT is for the scanner, the second 470_ is the actual driver. Excellent."
