"The driver is stated as being supported on Windows 7 and 8, but it is not compatible with either as it is only for XP. It is also labelled as being for the FilmScan 2000, but when installed, is actually for the FilmScan 35."

How to Update FilmScan35 Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
