"Tried to use this driver with InterSound IS-6000CS sound card which has a Crystal CX4237B-XQ3 chip but Windows could not recognise this as being the correct driver for the sound card."

"This driver is good only for Windows 95. Its dated 1997, and doesn't even install with Windows 2000. Doesn't give an error, but it won't take (even tried to manually install the driver) over the Windows 2000-provided driver."

"I was looking for a CS4236/37/38 Crystal PnP Audio System MPU-401 Compatible higher than my current version of 4.05.2700, however, this file contains 2 sets of drivers of version 4.03.xxxx.

"used this on a Dell 266 mhz pc with win98se.

The motherboard was a Dell make and had the integrated audio with a Crystal chip set.

The driver worked great on the first install.

I didn't have to buy an extra sound card.

Great job by Driver Guide to make all this available."

"Worked under Win 95 but no sound in Win 98. Note that the readme says this is a **WIN 95** driver.

This zip file contains two versions; v2.50 and an earlier one (v2.10?)"

"Installed on old Daewoo CPC 7550 - P150. Win98SE would not recognize original driver (Win95). This driver installed easily and seems to be working perfectly. To whoever wrote this driver - Nice Work!
