This file is straight from support@archtek.com. For All of You's That Have This Modem ESS ES56T-PI, here is the driver for WIN2K. The problem is the driver. Uninstall the files(driver) for the 5634PEW modem. Make sure that all are removed before you begin installing the new driver that I have attached. If the files are not

completely removed, Win2k will not see the modem and you will not install the driver correctly.
