this driver actually works on xp, whilst other would consistantly fail. Use the setup and wait, then restart, and xp will tell there is a new hardware detected, lets xp atomatically find the drivers and it will load the files put by the setup. Hope it helps as many people as possible, Cheers!

How to Install a driver from Device Manager
