"Only driver I could get to work with win 7. You have to install it and it will fail then ask if you want to run in compatibility mode, do that."

"Once again Driver Guide has come through for me. This driver resolved an issue on 4 computers that I had to re-install WinXp on. Hp doesn't give you the correct chipset drivers to get rid of the sm buscontroller device error. They even say they are not going to give it to you on the website. I was able to correct the problem on 3 newer desktops and one older desktop as wel

"When i try with the setup.exe, it didn't work. But when i try changing the controller in the device properties... it was succesfully!

"Intel does not have this driver for W2K Pro on it's support site any more. I used the setup.exe, rebooted the PC, and I got the video settings. It worked great."

"well it may appear in the description that it works on Win2k, Xp, Vista or Vista .64 but on my Vista 32 SP1 it did not!"

"Did the sender tried the driver on WServer 2003?

Since the very beginning the Setup says the OS is not compatible... =("

"Like the user above who posted his comment a year ago, this driver does NOT work with WServer 2003. The OS supported list should omit Win2003 from the list."
