I need help.

I have an MSI M/Board and so far, my USB 2 doesn't transfer file at its normal speed but transfer file very very slowly, as a USB 1.1.

I already upgraded to XP SP1, refresh the install of USB 2 with the CD provided by MSI as well, and so far, nothing new; my digital camera is still slow, has if it was a USB 1.1 connection.
