"I installed this driver on an HP dv8240us laptop with the built-in Bluetooth adapter. I started getting a message about a Bluetooth license issue and the Bluetooth wouldn't start. This is a known problem with XP and Service Pack 2 installed. Not to fear. This utility "Widcomm License Patcher 1.8" will fix the problem.
