"Installing was dead easy. I downloaded, self extracted the file (after virus check), and ran the setup executable, under XP pro.

The image software I am using is MGI photo suite, in which I selected the Digimax as the source, and immediately started downloading. No problems whatsoever. 10 out of 10. Thanks to the poster."

"If you're having problems make sure all other software which use the serial port are disabled (e.g. palm hotsync etc.)

When hotsync is running in the apps bar the device cannot be located. When it is disabled the pics download no problem when importing to adobe etc."
