This modem's primary chip is stamped "LB-3952-CT1" or "LB-3952". There may be a sticker on the back that says "Model FB WS-5614 PSL" or "Model FB WS-5614 PSL (G)". This archive contains the modem's Data Sheet and Manual both in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format, as well as drivers for the following versions of Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT 4.0, ME. The manufacturer states that they will not be producing a driver for this modem for Windows XP. The Windows 2000 driver in this archive should work in Windows XP.

How to Install a driver from Device Manager
Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
Select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
