"I unzipped the file to a desktop folder and then using the update driver function in control panel I installed the driver. Although windows xp complained that it was not xp tested and approved I installed and it works fine on a presario 2190us laptop."

"I've found this only here, by device ID, on HP website there's no information, that's bad. The computer is a notebook hp ze4500 series (ze4547wm) and the modem sems to be included into audio device, thank's to Driverguide!"
