"this driver is the only driver that works for the USRobotics RCA port webcan + the 3com vidio capture card. it works only with windows98, windows98se, and windowsME. (other windows programs will falsely identify the 3com capture card as an WINTV card made by haupage, and refuse to recognize the driver files in the bp193drv directory; giving you the error message "the
