"I upgraded a Dell Dimension T450 to win xp, and the Hitachi GD 5000 would not work. Used this file as per R.D's instructions above. 1. make a floppy. 2. Read the readme file. 3. open computer bios (check your online support site for how to do this) and find the device number (mine was also 2 secondary master). 4. reboot on the floppy in DOS mode and follow the instructions
