"Finally got it installed by running "C:\??\PCMCIA_3140_100\PCMCIA\WinXp\O2Micro\Oz711\setup2k.exe"

directly instead of the expected

"C:\??\PCMCIA_3140_100\PCMCIA\setup.exe"

only to find that it is the same file version 5.1.2600.2180 dated 6/26/01

as the one I had, not an update as the 8/28/02 date referenced would imply.
