"Doesn't work - only downloaded help files, crapped out at scanner wizard and did not offer "hint" as the setup said I should accept/use to complete the installation."

"I installed this driver, but am still getting that TWAIN_32.DLL error message. I wrote to Acer asking them how to fix this problem. I'm waiting for a reply."
