"found driver that works under 98 at boca research ftp site , area 14. download the mdmboca. all you need. then run add new wiz it will detect it as standard modem. change and browse to the file mdmboca and choose your modem. my mv34ai is listed as mv34i. works for me. good luck!"

"Thanks, the At&t Chipset had me thrown off looking for the driver. The Fcc Model number was the connection to Boca Research. I learned and Thanks."

"why doesn't the driver work on my modem? I have a boca research 33,600 kbps mv.34.xxx yet the modem fails to initialize. why?????"

"Couldn't get this to work on Win98 using Windows to load the driver or Dos. Seems the program is set for Win 3.1 or old DOS system"
