"According to the info at the Linksys website, you cannot manually install the drivers for this nic. If you don't completely clear all the drivers out, let Windows auto-detect the nic, and then use the 2 .exe files that were originally on the install disks, it WILL NOT WORK. Found this out the hard way. Check the Linksys site for more info on how to clean out the drivers
