"tried to help my neighbour put the dirvers in for his concord 3054..as everyone said..1. this driver is useless.2. and how do you download a zip file..the company shoud be notified that if they keep this up they will be out of business.. I recommend throwing the camera away and buying a Sony..at least they are more helpful. Especially on a Sunday."
